Why choose Fescue
Fescue is probably the most common type of sod to have in the middle tn area. If you live in the region, you are likely more accustomed to this type of sod on your or your neighbor’s lawns. As it does not spread on its own, seeding any sparse areas is a must if you want your lawn looking lush and full. It’s also the only evergreen sod option, meaning your lawn will be green year-round with Fescue.
Maintenance
Fescue needs full sun to partial shade to be healthy and lush. It is relatively high-maintenance, as it needs plenty of water, fertilizing once or twice a year, and to be aerated and seeded every year to keep it growing strong.
