Q.What makes your landscape services unique compared to other companies in the area?

A. We are not only a full service landscape and hardscape installation company, but we also have two key aspects to our business that others do not. First, is our 3D landscape design services, where you can get your space designed in our 3D virtual environment, and customized to your liking before we do any work in order to fully see what we can do with your property. No envisioning necessary! And secondly, we keep an open and friendly channel of communication with you along every step of the way in order to keep you in the loop with everything happening on your property.

Q.What is a 3D landscape Design?

A. We offer 3D landscape designs for customers who want to do work with us, in order to show them realistic possible examples. Instead of doing a vague and confusing drawing, our 3D designs aid in visualizing spaces in a way that 2D drawings simply cannot. The minimum price for a design is $700, prices depend on the size and complexity of your space.

Q.What is a consultation?

A. A consultation is when we come out to your property to discuss ideas on what could be done with your space, and which direction you would like to move forward in. We have valuable expertise and knowledge, and would love to help if this is what you need. Pricing for a consultation is $150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

Q. What is a free Quote?

A. A free quote is when we come out to your home for a very brief visit to get an idea of how your space functions, and you tell us exactly what you want, where you want things, and the amount of space you want altered. Then we can work up an estimate for you to see if we can fit within your budget for the project you have planned. We do not give away ideas for free.

Q. Do you have a minimum price for projects?

A. Yes, our minimum project is around $10,000-$15,000.

Q. Do you handle both design and installation?

A. Yes, we design and install spaces for our clients.

Q.How long have you been in business?

A. We have been in business or over 30 years.

Q. Do you provide maintenance services?

A. No, we do not provide regular maintenance services other than a once a year clean up, however, we do have companies we can recommend. 

Q. What are your operating hours?

A. You are welcome to fill out our form anytime, however our operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do appointments between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Q. What kind of services do you provide?

A. We offer all types of hardscape, landscape planting, irrigation, outdoor lighting, retaining walls, pergolas, drainage, water features, swimming pools, and more!

Q. Are design costs refundable?

A. Designs are non-refundable and fully earned. There are many costs including research, measuring time, hardware, gas, design software, design time, editing time and editing software that go into making our designs great. If you are unsatisfied with your design, please send us a message so we can find a way to work with you.

Q. How much do your services cost?

A. We offer a few different services, all at different price points. First would be a free quote, where you know what you want, and we just evaluate how much it would cost for us to install the project. Second is the consultation, which is $150 per hour, and we walk your property with you, discuss what could be done with the space, and come up with a quote. Finally is the 3D design, where we come out to you home, do a consultation, and measure your home and property and construct your current yard and house, and represent the changes you want in our 3D environment virtually . Design services start at $750.

Q. How do you handle payments and billing?

A. With projects around the $10,000 range, we typically receive a 50% deposit when you sign the contract for us to do work on your property, and the other 50% once the work is completed. If your project is significantly more than that, then we may break it up into three payments, a deposit upon signing the contract, a draw once we reach a certain point in the work, and finally the balance once the work is complete.

Q. Are you able to work with specific design themes?

A. Yes. When we visit your home to determine what your needs are, we work with you to figure out what theme you currently have, what you want, and how to blend everything together so you can try something new!

Q. What is your process for handling complaints or issues that arise during or after a project?

A. We will work with you to find the best solution for any issues or complaints during or after the project to make sure you are taken care of.

Q. How can i schedule an appointment to meet with you?

A. We typically do appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 am and 5 pm. You can submit a form on our contact page, and we will get with you through email, text, or call as soon as we can. We usually respond within the day, however, during our busiest season, it may take a few days to get back with you.

Q. What is your availability and schedule for consultation and service appointments?

A. We schedule our appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and are open between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Q. Can you provide a detailed estimate and break down of costs for a proposed project?

A. Yes, we can break pricing down as fine or as bundled as you need in order to suit your needs.

Q. How do you handle any unexpected issues or changes during a project?

A. If something comes up that doesn’t go according to plan, we will work with you and amongst ourselves in order to find the best solution.

Q. Can you provide references or examples of previous work?

A. We have many images and videos on our Gallery pages of our work, as well as our Nashville Landscaping YouTube channel.

Q. Do you offer any warranties or guarantees for your work?

A. Yes, we offer a one year warranty on labor and materials, however, however, we do not offer a warranty on plants.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, we have insurance, and all of our guys have workman’s comp.

Q. Are you able to work with a client’s existing landscape?

A. Yes, we will carefully listen to whatever landscape or hardscape needs you have and do our very best to create the exact effect you want.

Q. Do you provide maintenance?

A. No, we do not offer maintenance services. We focus primarily on large installation jobs, and have a project minimum of $10,000.
