The city of Franklin has a rich history, booming culture, and a wide variety of attractions and shops to make the city comfortable and interesting for people from all walks of life. Founded in the year 1799 by Dr. Hugh Williamson, Franklin Tennessee was named after Dr.Williamson’s Close friend, and United States founding father Benjamin Franklin.
Throughout most of its history Franklin has been a restful, compact town with a tight-knit community. Many historic buildings still exist within the city to this day. From Civil war hospitals, to plantations, and even the buildings lining the downtown strip, many were built from the early 1800’s to the early 1900’s. With iconic attractions ranging from ghost tours, and artisanal coffee, to antique shops and boutiques, the downtown Franklin area is home to a blend of unique and interesting places to explore, and rich history.

What is Natural Stone?
Natural stone is just what it sounds like, stone straight out of the ground! A lot of the stone product we build with is sourced right here in Tennessee! It ranges in color from a tan to brown and red range to a bluey gray color. It almost always has an uneven edge, irregular shape, and some natural texturing to it’s surface. It makes for a more comfortable and inviting feel for your backyard.

We install a layer of compacted gravel, concrete, and mortar the stone to the whole base in order to make the most permanent structure we can.
