Material Options
Natural stone is one of our favorite materials for a wall like this, since it has more organic edges, and will flow well with curved beds like the one pictured here. We have another main material we like to use for walls as well, if natural stone isn’t really your style. Pavers are much more uniform and will aid in symmetrical and more formal or modern themes.

Natural stone is one of the best available materials for any kind of hardscape. Natural stone comes in a range of colors from a warm reddish brown, to a bluish gray. It can come in small or big pieces in a variety of thicknesses, and always has a natural edge to it, leaving you with a very organic looking, inviting wall. Nothing pops quite like natural stone for the face and cap of your wall.

There are many patterns to choose from, and a wide range of size for each individual piece. The regularity of the pattern as well as the clean lines along the edge convey a well-kept modern feel, that goes well with a more formal styled home.
